The Joy Set Before Us

As we have read through Hebrews, we see repeatedly that Jesus did for us what we could not do for ourselves. He took away our sin by coming here as one of us, living a sinless life, and then willingly giving himself as the perfect sacrifice for us. The text today said Jesus endured all that "for the joy set before him." What does that mean? What was the source of that joy? That's what we will talk about tomorrow. The same joy is available for us! How do we receive that joy? The same way Jesus did - by doing the will of the Father.
